Customer Responsibilities:
Provide accurate field location(s) and access to property
Ensure fields are ready for application at scheduled time
Provide water and chemical selection prior to service
Provider Responsibilities:
Perform application using licensed drone operations
Comply with all FAA and state regulations
Communicate scheduling updates and weather-related delays
Scheduling:
Service dates are estimated only and depend on weather, crop conditions, and operational factors.
Agreement:
This agreement secures a place in the service schedule based on estimated acreage. Final service details, pricing, and timing will be confirmed prior to application.
